We live in Laramie, Wyoming. 

 Laramie is about 1.5 hours northwest of Denver, Colorado & directly north of the Rocky Mountain National Park. 

 Laramie is smack dab in the middle of the Medicine Bow National Forest in the Snowy Range & next to the Sierra Madre Mountain Range
